For an FMCG major, we got star-struck quite literally

Objective:

Motivate wholesalers to achieve “stretch”, similar to Rajnikanth in Kabaali!

Strategy:

Inform, monitor and compete was the three pronged strategy adopted.

  • Inform, repeat and remind targets and achievements to the wholesaler
  • Monitor the gap between target and achievement
  • Share leading status regularly so that wholesalers knew how they were performing or trailing

Results:

  • 75% wholesalers have grown in terms of sales
  • 12% of the wholesale achieved the stretched target!
