For an FMCG major, we got star-struck quite literally
Objective:
Motivate wholesalers to achieve “stretch”, similar to Rajnikanth in Kabaali!
Strategy:
Inform, monitor and compete was the three pronged strategy adopted.
- Inform, repeat and remind targets and achievements to the wholesaler
- Monitor the gap between target and achievement
- Share leading status regularly so that wholesalers knew how they were performing or trailing
Results:
- 75% wholesalers have grown in terms of sales
- 12% of the wholesale achieved the stretched target!
